How to Join
Members are dealmakers in the minerals and non-op space who are directly involved in buying, selling and managing mineral and non-operated assets.
Membership opens in January each year and is active through January of the following year. Applications are open on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Executive Eligibility
Executive Membership
This level provides an innovative forum for women leaders in the energy industry to network, exchange and develop new ideas, and become visible role models.
Candidates for Executive Membership should be recognized leaders in their fields and have an established sphere of influence, and have a leadership record in civic and community activities.
Candidates must meet the criteria of a standard WIM Member as well as one or more of the following:
- Hold a senior executive position within an energy company or company serving the energy industry
- Be an equity partner or shareholder or hold a leadership position in an organization serving energy industry clients
