WIM is not a conventional women's professional network — we consider it an unconventional play. Our community is unified by our common interest in energy mineral and non-operated acquisitions, but the strength of our organization is differentiated by our members' commitment to each other's success.
At any WIM event, the room is filled with female dealmakers representing 100+ mineral and non-operated companies. In other words, it's a room filled with competition, but the comradery is strong.
