Our Story
How WIM got started.
“We built the community we wanted to be part of.”
Across conferences, closing tables, and industry events, we noticed talented women buying, selling, investing in, advising on, and building businesses around energy assets, often without a community connecting them.
So they started one.
What began as a small circle of women sharing relationships, ideas, opportunities, and experience has grown into a nationwide community built around a simple belief: we go further when we invest in one another.
Today, WIM brings together women across the industry to build meaningful relationships, create opportunities to do business together, and support one another's personal and professional growth.
And we're still building.
